Your debtor makes the payment directly to your bank account, not ours. We will collect your bank details when you load the debt and we make it clear to your debtor to make payment directly to you.
You only get charged the one-off low fee per debt you load. There are no hidden costs or commissions to pay when we recover your money.
Any invoices you load that are under $200 have a fee of $10.
Any invoices you load that are over $200 have a fee of $25.
We treat each outstanding invoice as a stand alone debt. So for this reason, please only load one debt at a time. You can fill out the submission form as many times as you like for subsequent invoices.
The age of the debt depends on your terms of trade. Most businesses have payment terms such as 7 days, or 20th of the month following etc. We suggest you give your debtor at least one weeks grace period after due date. If payment is not received after this period and you have chased them yourself, then feel free to load your debt. We can chase debts up to 6 years old, although the older the debt the harder it is to recover… but most of our customers think its worth a go!
